"Everything was great. My friend had a bad fall and hurt herself badly. The staff was extremely helpful in getting an ambulance and helping with her care before they arrive. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff were all extremely helpful and nice. Bar and restaurant service was great. Beach view was spectacular and the pool looked over the ocean. A 10++. Only small problem was it was quite a distance from anything else but being all inclusive you really didn’t need anything else."

"I am going through issues with Expedia right now stealing $7500 from me. I booked a vacation through Expedia to go to Mexico with my family. I booked the travel insurance I ended up having to use it but come to find out after speaking to the insurance company that they canceled my policy without my permission and Expedia had the insurance company refund them and they pocketed my money not refunding me so I was unable to use the trip insurance. I spent 14 hours on the phone with no help they basically told me tough luck. I am most likely going to have to take them to Small Claims Court. I called the Illinois Department of Insurance (IDOI) and explained the situation and they said that is blatant insurance fraud."

"The activities group is great and a lot of fun at the main pool. The golden pool has an amazing staff like Miguel. The rooms are clean, all staff is friendly and helpful! Selection of restaurants is great! The elevator in our building #1 didn’t work 98% of the time so walking to the third floor wasn’t fun multiple times a day. "
