"Tivemos algumas intercorrências ao longo de nossa hospedagem, como falta de luz no primeiro dia por quase duas horas, sem nenhuma assistência da equipe do hotel durante o episódio. Não havia luz de emergencia, lanterna, o telefone do quarto não funciona, chuveiro tmb não. Ficamos no completo escuro usando lanternas dos nossos celulares. Eles nos deram uma sessão de sauna como compensação, mas a experiência em geral foi bem insatisfatória. Em uma noite, uma barata nos aguardava na porta do nosso...

"Chablé Maroma”s location, facilities, restaurants, and vibe are outstanding and superior to the half dozen or so Riviera Maya properties I have stayed at in recent years. The breakfast at the Kaban restaurant on the water is a sublime experience. The jungle spa has everything you’d expect at a world-class facility, and it is right in the middle of a teeming jungle. The staff are always genuinely helpful and courteous."

"Biggest problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere so unless you know for sure you’re there for the wakeboarding, I would not stay there. Other than that the room was pretty ample and nice. Food was fine."

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"Our fifth stay at Valentin Imperial. Always great, friendly and timely service by everyone. Beautiful large rooms. No wearing of bracelets. Eat where you want everyday. Plenty of opportunity for excursions. Very reasonable price. Excellent nightlife shows. Really cool sports, cigar, and piano bars, each with a different ambience. Multiple swim up bars. Many daily activities and well equipped gym."
