"Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! "

"The staff was very nice, but lack communication skills on how the resort works for first time visitors to an all inclusive resort. Example… 1. We paid extra for the concierge/butler service and never meet one of them. 2. Still couldn’t get a reservation to a restaurant until our last night til 9:00 pm. "Just came back, and I would recommend this resort to anyone! Staff were incredibly friendly, a lot of different options for food. I find this rare as I can be picky. We stayed in the platinum suites and the rooms were beautiful! Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the beaches..but there were people working hard daily to clean it up. Weather was hot and sunny! Couldn’t have had any better weather as I came home to snow and hail. Will be back! 😊"

"Staff were constantly cleaning, keeping the whole resort spotless. Food overall was decent, not the best you’re going to get, but pretty good for an all inclusive. Particularly enjoyed Mestizo & the Thai restaurant. The tacos by the pool at lunch were great!"
