"My husband and I had an outstanding stay at the Viceroy in Riveria Maya...incredible service at the highest level, quiet, peaceful and was the perfect place to unwind. I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

"Exceptional stay! Super clean rooms and grounds, great cocktails, beautiful well kept grounds, delicious food (better than any other all inclusive resort) incredible nature, all green around, and most importantly top service. Breakfast buffet was OK, when it was hosted in the Italian restaurant the options were underwhelming, when it was moved to its main location (Mexican restaurant?) it got better but was still just OK. I also wish they had more activities for kids (outside of kids club). But...

"Wonderful hotel staff, who made our stay feel so special. Jenny was a delightful staff and brightened our day with her positive vibes and cheerful smile. As read on many prior reviews the hotel doesn't look as new as it once did. There are signs of wear and tear and agree some much needed maintenance is definitely required to the hotel to make it truly shine. "Room was always clean and fresh. Beach towels replaced daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff bringing drinks were around continuously. Entertainment team was on point. Food was delicious. The beach is eroding, but nothing that the resort is responsible for. This was our second stay at this resort and we would definitely go back."

"This was my first stay at Grand Sunset Princess and I loved it. Lovely, green area. Beautiful, spacious room with modern bathroom facilities. Fine bed. Room cleaned every day. Lots of swimming pools in addition to beach; I mostly used the pools. Very responsive staff, which I appreciated. I recommend this hotel to others and am likely to return myself."
