"I loved it here, it was clean the food was great. The staff worked so hard to keep the beach as clean as possible. The only thing that made me sad was the cats on the property, I came across six of them in total a few of them in some desperate need of vet care, and one of them pregnant. I know they probably treat them as wild animals there but that’s a very tough place for a domesticated cat to live. The staff seemed to frown on anybody that was trying to feed them and they’re all so hungry. This was my first all-inclusive stay so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it was a great time there"

"Around 30-40 min drive from the airport. Grounds are very nice. Lobby is nicely laid out, with bar and coffee shop and tour desks. I really enjoyed the buffet and a la carte dining options. 2 pools, sort of small. Party pool has the pool bar which was always crazy busy which was unfortunate because we love to be in the pool and swim up for a drink but there was never any room so always had to get out. Pool chairs were always taken, but always room at the beach with open chairs. Beach is nice. Gustavo with the entertainment team is so friendly and welcoming. He try’s to get everyone involved in the games and does a great job. Not 100% on his name (starts with an A)but the server around the pool and beach was amazing, friendly and prompt with his service. Always making sure everyone’s thirst is quenched 😄 Estefanía at the buffet always greeted us with a bright smile and was so friendly. Also shout-out to Anna at Mikes coffee who always remembered us and worked so hard making everyone’s fancy coffees, she seriously is the best!"

"The room was dated. Some cabinets were broken, shower and tubs were older with dirty fixtures. Pools were nice but some bars were also dated and dirty. The restaurants were great."

"Yes, you can find much prettier beaches that don’t have Cozumel out on the horizon! That is the ONLY “complaint” about this place. Phenomenal doesn’t begin to describe the 5 nights my wife and stayed there for our anniversary. Premium liquor (the Don Julio’s is never ending), top shelf food (presentation, portion, and quality), the views and location are incredible! The property is meticulously maintained… the noisiest time is just after sunrise when they are taking the beaches and trimming the… everything. It is so lush with greenery, palms and flowers. The pools, private nooks, hideaways and cenotes are plentiful and we always found a private (ish) sunny spot to lounge and get wet. And someone smiling and helpful always found us to offer another drink as our last one was being finished. Ahhh. Breakfast at the Observatory is a MUST! Breathtaking. The rooms (we had a Club Preferred Ocean Front suite) are incredible, well appointed, and the beds are amazing. The staff… over the top friendly and helpful. Genuine smiles and felt like they were truly happy we stayed with them. All of the restaurants, theater, speakeasy, bars, and the SPA!!! All amazing, all highly, highly recommended. This is how all-inclusive is supposed to be done!!!!"
