"This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it"

I have traveled around the world and have stayed at all of the top resorts, including the Four Seasons, Auberge, Ritz Carlton, The Peninsula, Ranch at Rock Creek, etc. I cannot say enough about the staff and how they made us feel. Their outlook on life and how they love this property is something that I have never witnessed...

Also Ariz and Yhara helped me every step of the way with some recommendations, service, and reservations at the resturants (which were all very good). Very great staff and everyone is so nice! Definitely recommend going here!!"

"Very clean and beautiful amenities. Food was amazing, all the restaurants and the buffet were very tasty and loved to find authentic Mexican flavours. Pools were very well cared for, a little on the cooler side but very enjoyable. The aqua park was good just wished they had more for the bigger kids like a bigger slide. My 3 kids loved the ice cream parlour and my husband and I loved the nespresso bakery, what a treat having good quality coffee 24/7. Kids also loved the kids club, though I did...

"The staff was extremely friendly, they kept the rooms and resort super clean. My friends and I would leave and come back to the resort late at night like around 3 am and the staff would be moping all of the floors.. its not a small resort! The effort they put into keeping the resort clean was greatly appreciated. The food at the buffet was ACTUALLY good. I would come again. It is under construction but it wasnt loud or an eye sore since the resort is so big. I'd come back!! "

"We loved it. The room was spotless and cleaned and stocked daily. The food and drinks were outstanding - we didn’t have a bad meal. The staff are all so friendly and willing to go above and beyond. We loved the daily pop-up events the resort had, they really catered to all ages. We can’t wait to go back again."
