Overall, I had an amazing experience! Yes, the restaurant service—and occasionally the lobby bar—moved a little slowly, but the staff was so warm, friendly, and attentive. This room is hands‑down my favorite of all the adults‑only resorts I’ve stayed at. The grounds are gorgeous, the overall aesthetic is stunning, and the entire vibe is incredibly relaxing. Food was amazing, Room was super clean, if your younger I recommend you stay more towards Cancun the taxi to get out of here is really expensive and Ubers or didi can’t pick up in playa del Carmen so you’re stuck paying over 100 dollars ONE WAY each time. Also recommend to arrange a way to get here because they also don’t allow uber in the airport and got stuck paying 140 in taxi fees just to get in here. Other than that if you’re more on the calm side and not looking to leave the resort this is a good place with friendly staff.
