The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT! "

"Around 30-40 min drive from the airport. Grounds are very nice. Lobby is nicely laid out, with bar and coffee shop and tour desks. I really enjoyed the buffet and a la carte dining options. 2 pools, sort of small. Party pool has the pool bar which was always crazy busy which was unfortunate because we love to be in the pool and swim up for a drink but there was never any room so always had to get out.
