"We stayed with my sisters and her kids and they found a roach in their bathroom so it caused panic to shake and pack all the clothes back up we didn ’t want any to come back with us "
"DIRTY!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. Room was filthy. Unfortunately, they were sold out for the night. The front desk, lady Amanda, who is absolutely the nicest person tried to make it right and put us in another room which was equally filthy and the chargers and the light did not work. So we ended up going back to our first room and she came up and cleaned the bathroom for a half an hour which should tell you how dirty it was. I called the manager on Monday to get some sort of refund and all they could do was offer me 25% off. He was very unaccommodating and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. I would never recommend this property. Dirty bathrooms. Absolutely filthy vents in bathrooms and vents in breakfast area. Needs a lot of updating. Very disappointing. "
"I am handicapped with COPD. Days before checking in I called and requested a room at the front of the building on the bottom floor so I wouldn't have so far to walk to get to the lobby. I can't climb stairs. I was told at check in that accommodating guests wasn't how they did business and that I asked for too much. This young man has no business checking in guests. He obviously didn't like that I had reserved the room weeks before at a reduced rate. Everyone else was nice."
"Bad staff and internet issues. Internet would not allow ma third person to get onto his computer. Only allowed 2 internet connections without paying money. We got off computer and phone to let him get on and it still didn't work. He tried to click on the premium internet package and it didn't work. I went to the front desk to ask the clerk to charge us for the internet upgrade and she said no she couldn't. I told her that this was a problem - we needed to get a job application for a summer internship sent off. She shrugged her shoulders and said in a snotty tone "I am just an hourly employee". I worked in a bank for years with tellers paid hourly - providing decent customer is a choice. Just because you are hourly does not mean you can be rude. There are proper ways to treat people. If someone is frustrated to try to make them feel better; you don't act like you could care less.
No amenities at this hotel. We stayed the previous night at a competitor suites hotel and they had plates bowls etc. for about the same rate. At this hotel you had to buy the plates. If you want a hotel with amenities like a box of kleenex this is not the hotel for you. "
