"This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Cardiff and just a quick walk to so many bars, cafes, shops and the Castle. Our room was so lovely. It had a very funky vibe and was beautiful decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved it! The community lounge and deck was also a great addition giving you access to a great hang out area. "Room was large, comfortable and had everything you need for an extended stay. Contactless checkin instructions were a bit confusing but in the end I got to my room. The room was modern but could have used a deep clean. Hallways were very noisy due to a family in the neighbouring room (otherwise would probably not have been a problem). "Didn't have breakfast "

"Bathroom was looking tired, tiles loose on wall and taps falling apart. Silicone needed replacing. No air conditioning available despite the controllers etc present. Fans provided but those weren’t much help. Breakfast was good and externally hotel looked lovely"

"Excellent value, clean, modern, non frills hotel about 12 minutes walk straight to Cardiff city centre. Lucky it got Aircon because it's about 30°c outside today. Molly the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended."
