Desk Manager terrible (Sherria), rude and not helpful. Unpleasant attitude and dismissive of any concerns particularly billing!. Charged me a 20$ fee and a $40 fee for what was suppose to be $20 nightly for incidentals? She is offensive and unprofessional...

Breakfast was good. My husband had celiac and there was plenty to eat. He ate from the hot bar but there were hard boiled eggs and yogurt cups.

Dirty sheets and towels could see makeup all over them and it felt like sandpaper on your skin. Took the hot water a long time to come on too.

Only Spent 1 night there so not long to judge but it was clean and had the coffee we needed hot when we certainly needed it. One staff member was helpful the woman that checked us in, but some guy had a comment which we did not appreciate when we requested the coffee after a long drive. I don't know ...
