"The room is dated but clean. I believe it is meant to be from earlier times in Outer Banks.The bed shirts could have been washed some time ago. It has a yellow rims around the entire bed. The room we stayed in 18, the bed was very high off the ground I’m 5’2 and my husband had to pull me onto the bed. We did receive a text from the front office prior to check in with instructions. I texted the front desk to ask a few questions and he promptly answered. We got to the hotel and first on the agenda was a nice hot shower after traveling and fishing for 10 hours. Well the water was Luke warm at best. Awful. I sent a text the front office staff to let them know of the hot water issue fully not expecting a return text that night as I included to say please have someone come look at the water issue tomorrow. I never received a text back and no one ever came to fix it. We were there 3 nights."

"We had a wonderful weekend experience. Our cabin was big enough for us, the kids, and the grandparents. Kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for us. The front desk staff were friendly and made the check-in process smooth. Checkout was even easier. We were really pleased with the cleanliness of the cabin and the space. Will be back for sure!"
