Room was clean but felt kinda moist due to the amount of Lysol I’m assuming. Staff was 10/10, they have been really nice and helped with anything I needed. Plus, no one had an attitude 👍. Breakfast was aight.. nothing too crazy. If it’s free it’s for me. Loved that the place was about a 5 minute drive to the track so this was the perfect stay for a nice track day weekend at NCBike.

The staff was very professional. The manager is the best manager I have ever experienced. He was both professional and helpful and trustworthy. The cleaning lady was absolutely amazing. I would recommend promotion for all staff. I enjoyed my room and the amenities available for use at the hotel. Please don't change anything.

The room I was given was dirty. Hairballs in the bathroom floor. Mold around the tub. Shower curtain needs a washing. Dirty walls, floors. I’ve been to third world country motels cleaner and more updated. The usb ports were not working so I was unable to charge my phone.

Upon arrival, we got room 225. Room key would not work and outside light was out. We tried to call, but no answer. My wife walked down to the office and they gave us room 231. Room 231 hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding was on the floor and keys were left from past occupants. We tried to call again with no answer. I walked down to the office and the guy behind the counter walked with me back up to see the room condition. He apologized and we looked at room 233. Room 233 had a bad marijauna smell, so we went to room 233. This room had some water damaged to the ceiling, but we were tired of changing rooms. When I went to lock the door, the door was warped and wouldn’t bolt lock. We had enough and left. When we tried to get our money back, they said we didn’t complain so we got screwed. Expedia said contact the hotel. We paid Expedia for the room and didn’t think we should contact the hotel, as we already had to contact them about the rooms. I guess that’s not complaining. Done with these vacation brokers
