My room needs updating. Toilet are too low with leaking around the base. Shower heads need to be cleaned. Lamp and light fixtures need replacing. The heater didn’t work above 65 degrees. Yet it was replaced immediately which I appreciated. The staff was polite and caring.

Traveling from southern beaches back home. We needed an overnight stay and chose SureStay. The facility was clean inside and out and the provided breakfast was just enough to continue our journey. The staff were very helpful. Need a quick overnight…. SureStay will help.

My friend and I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. I really like the towels and washcloths . They were thick. The bathroom could've used a fan. It got very steamy and caused the room to feel humid. Staff were very helpful and Eagar to please. All in all we would return to this hotel in the future

The check-in was quick and easy. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly. The room was comfortable and was a perfect stop over for a road trip. Breakfast could be improved. Warmers weren’t filled and when the eggs did come out, they were cold. Plenty of bagels, but out of English muffins. Coffee was good. The stay was good for what we needed.

I think this is the first time I have EVER had to leave a hotel in the first 5 minutes. I will say the staff, she was very nice and helped me all she could. I am not sure where to begin, people fighting and screaming in their rooms, people sitting in the hallways on the floor, people hanging by the almost empty pool (disgusting/horrible) to be honest I am not sure what they were on, but it was not normal..... wait have not got to the room yet.... IT WAR HORRIBLE, smelled of over perfume spray to hide the stink. filthy, moldy and SO SO much more. Again I will say the girl at the front desk was helpful in checking in and then getting my money back, there was no way we could stay there, for multiple reasons and I can tolerate a lot, but no this.. they need to close that place and redo the entire hotel!!! The worst I have ever seen.
