"Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friend and extremely helpful. They made a reservation for us to take a car to O'Hare at 5 a.m. on the day we were leaving. They were very patient and helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wanted to stay near the Magnificent Mile as the hotel was right around the corner."

"I booked a 2 queen bed room. It was very spacious and included a coach near the window. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent for access to the riverwalk and boat cruises. Millennial Park is a few blocks away- easily walkable. There are several restaurants and a coffee shop shop/convenience store within hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
