Hotel murah di Robbins

"Hotel has good location, about 10 minutes' walk to CTA station. Hotel's staff very friendly and helpful. When I made reservation, I requested room for 3 adults and when my daughter arrived, she received room with one king bed and no sofa. It was changed upon her request, otherwise 3 adults would have to stay in one bed. Rooms and bathrooms need some maintenance. Breakfast very basic, and after the first day we decided to eat outside the hotel."

"We had to switch rooms because the ceiling vent in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling and fell while we were out of our room. There was hair clogged in the drain. Our TV did not work and there was hair in the sink. Our door also did not properly close. Overall not a great experience. Then our second room, the bathroom floor was sticky."

"The hotel is in the heart of the downtown and is easily accessible to all the restaurants, cloud gate, and other attractions. Best of all, the staff is amazing and friendly starting from front desk to room service. They made my stay a very pleasant one. The only thing that was missing in the room is a comfortable couch. I wish they gave a mini couch/table or something instead of chair/table to sit and eat comfortably but that’s not biggie! Love it! Thank You Hyatt!! I would surely recommend...

"Strategic location, easy to go anywhere "

"Very convenient and central to everything. There’s a grocery store next door and everything is walkable- navy pier, magnificent mile, the train. The team was friendly, restaurant employees were 10/10 amazing! Sweet concierge lady let me borrow her umbrella. <3 The pool situation kind of sucks. Not enough chairs or space and they are crazy about the pool towels. My kid had to get in the elevator dripping and cold bc the towels can’t leave the pool deck."

"Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere."

"Staff was perfect, elevators available and fast enough, room was really nice (only issue was bathroom fan didn’t work - not sure if it was supposed to). Foldout chair was a great bed for my daughter. Water was hot and high pressure on 8th floor; Best location imaginable, blocks from art museum and Willis Tower; parking fantastic 2 blocks away with in/out privileges for $28/day. $550/3 nights during 4th July pretty reasonable. Will check availability at this place before any other on next trip...

"Check in was great. Everything after that was downhill. Let’s start with the bed bug that crawled across the corner of the bed. If I hadn’t gotten out of bed to check the bug that was on the wall near my son’s bed, I would’ve missed the BED BUG crawling on my bed. I called the front desk immediately. They put us in another room that was so dirty I had to hold back tears. It was 3 am and all I wanted to was sleep after driving five hours.
