"The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and didn't have the musty smell that seems to be common. But the wall outlets were loose, the shower was dingy and moldy in the corners as well as the lower shower shelf was hanging on by a strip of caulking. Breakfast was gross. The food was stale. My husband had a carton of milk that was chunky. And the coffee was not good. I appreciated that there was plenty of parking spaces, but having to pay $15 a night was ridiculous....

"Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave. The staff was incredibly kind, I could tell she was working hard covering check ins and the snack desk."

"The mattress was awful, unless you like sleeping on a super soft mattress. I had to leave the hotel a day early, as my back was hurting so badly. The breakfast was very good. The scrambled eggs, while runny a most of these places, was firm and properly done. The waffle maker worked fine and they came out just right. I don't drink coffee, but the apple juice was fine. "The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"Charging $15 for parking is stupid."

"Helpful staff clean rooms. Beds mattresses were hard and could not sleep well. Front entrance under maintenance and had to park go through bushes and rocks to get into facility. Charges $25 on my card $5 for parking which was an undisclosed fee. Will not be staying here again."

"The staff here was WONDERFUL. Kind and helpful, no matter who I spoke to. As a young woman traveling alone, hotel and motel picks can be tricky in terms of safety but I felt completely safe and comfortable at this location. It wasn’t the most luxurious room, but great rate and perfect for crashing in town a couple nights."

"Had a very great stay here! It was a nice room that was clean and spacious. Parking was pretty easy and the breakfast was free (but nothing special). It is close enough to my son's place that it might be my new go to when visiting!"

"The reservation was a pay at check in reservation which was supposed to be cancelled, on day of check in it was revealed it was not cancelled and the entire stay had been charged though it was not checked in. The issue was addressed prior to check in for the second day, and still was charged the entire 3 night stay as a “late cancellation fee” even though they had the room available the additional 2 nights for rent. It’s specific to this property, and has rubbed me wrong for Hyatt as hotel...

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was not super great outside of our hotel room, and there were stains on our blankets. There weren’t towels in the pool area 3/4 times we went swimming. We had to go to the clear front of the hotel when we needed new towels everyday so that was annoying. The shower we got leaked EVERYWHERE and the sink took HOURS to drain. The amount we spent on this hotel was outrageous for how the hotel itself was. Definitely not worth the money we spent, just...
