"If I could afford to stay here all year round, it’s the only place I would stay! This is a hidden gem, every thing was clean, beautiful and perfect! Great views and amenities, amazing location. Staff were great, parking was a breeze. We were there in April and it was very quiet which was nice. If I were to say anything that wasn’t perfect it was the breakfast, fruit was very fresh and service was good, but food and options were just ok. "Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"The room was very clean and the room had everything we needed but it was very tight! Think tighter than cruise cabin. For a single person, there was plenty of room, for 2... it was difficult to get in and out of bed!"

"Hyatt is always be on my first choice if I need some quality sleeps. Great location if you need capture public transportation. There’s even a short cut to walk to Macy."

"The room was very small, especially the shower. When I checked out I was told there was a $35 destination fee. I asked what was that for and the receptionist pointed to a little sign booked by a plant. You get 2 bottles of water, a welcome drink and wifi. The only water i saw was in my room at $6 a bottle. Never given any vouchers for the drink. When I checked out the very sarcastic and disrespectful receptionist said you didn’t ask for them, your welcome"

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

"The location is prime for our needs and thus this was a return stay. Having a larger room was a plus. The staff was on hand and very helpful. It was a hot weekend of 7/04 with short water supply at hand and no resupplies available. There was no room servicing at all during a 4-day stay. However, trash was emptied when left outside our door. Restaurants nearby were ample and convenient."
