"Great rates"

"Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"Great stay, check in staff was friendly and helpful, check in was very easy. Room was clean and inviting, ac was on so our room was comfortable. Atrium where the pool is was very nice for families and groups traveling together. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Rooms are off the atrium and even with a band playing in the lounge our room was very quiet. Great stay."

"Check in was quick and easy. The room itself was quite large which is great! There were many issues with the appearance of the room including slimmy/slippy floors. The woodwork needed painted as it was chipped. The bathroom blue door had streaks of white paint on it. The bed was very uncomfortable, leaning to the end of the bed feeling like you needed guard rails to stay in bed. The bed sheet was actually a mattress cover with elastic all around the edge. The commode was not cleaning...

"Staff was very friendly, however the hotel itself is very old and needs a refresh. Rooms were fairly clean, but age of hotel makes it feel dirty and smell stale."

"Place is run down and missed managed. For sure not worth the money they are charging for .Leaking toilets wet damp rooms sticky carpers. There is no breakfast to speak of unless you into cereals ,danish buns cnd old coffee"

"Could use some updating/maintenance. Some things broken or close to broken in our room. The front desk has a sign that says you must report room problems within 20 minutes of check in. Makes me think there has been other complaints. Beautiful building inside. Plain outside. Check in staff was super friendly. The sign said they wouldn’t change our towels or sheets for a short stay but they didn’t come in the room at all to check on things or empty garbages or anything. Breakfast was good....

"The amenities were unavailable. No pool, no fitness center, no business center, no sundries available. Even the restaurant/ bar were disappointing. Food was undercooked. The hotel had LESS to offer than the 2-star Comfort Inn. I should have booked there. The cost was not fair for the value."

"Our room face the alley and the old Ramada Inn Nothing was really opened on the first floor no wine tasting no wine no people down there that part was the disappointing part The room the bed was very nice. The pillow was very nice. I had a problem with their key and the gentleman came right away to help us. And the people that clean there were very, very nice I would try another home in that area to B&B"

"The good…air conditioner and wifi worked. The bad…bathroom was tiny with the shower and toilet…black mold was visible above the shower due to the small room and improper ventilation. Shower drain was definitely backed up as it didn’t drain properly. The fridge wasn’t on and had no way of being plugged in, it smelled like food had previously spoiled. I had to throw my food away because I couldn’t cool it in the fridge. Microwave wasn’t plugged in either. There was a coffee maker with no cups. The...

"The Breakfast was fabulous, clean, with variety of breakfast items. Terri was the preparer of the breakfast food and did a great job, and was very considerate of people’s needs."
