"The hot tub had some animal droppings in it. There was a stain in the shower and hair in the bed. Room was very small and the door can't open all the way because of rug and bed. Overall great location though very central. Staff was very friendly as well. "

"The staff were awesome to deal with. The room was clean and had a fantastic view of the lake. It was my wifes 65th birthday and they even had a bottle of wine waiting in the room and a heartfelt hand written birthday note for her. The experience was 10/10!

"My wife, son, family pet and I stayed in the Suite with kitchenette Apr 30-May03 2026. Beautiful, relaxing and comfortable suite with lots of room. The beds were very comfortable.
Although busy with guests, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The staff were very helpful.
The area was great for early morning walks along the River walkway. The staff recommended the nearby Bridgeview Cafe for Breakfast / coffee and we were not disappointed. Great for a sit down breakfast or food to go!
