"Apart from a few items on the carpet which suggested incomplete vacuuming and some difficulty filling the kettle (awkward with the tap system) no complaints at all. Large room, wide single beds, plenty of storage and well stocked bathroom, complete with a bath which I hadn't expected.
Check in was straightforward and hotel grounds were very well maintained and attractive."

"Website details & pictures; a different story to reality. Initial reception - given questionnaire with another guests details, spoke of our ‘standard room’ which I pointed out was incorrect - booked a superior room. MUCH whispering with a colleague and tapping of computer keyboard then told to wait whilst they sorted out a glitch with the system and issues with the superior room availability.
