"Had a 2 night stay booked but only stayed one. The pool was by appointment only due to a dance competition at the hotel. We, myself and 2 kids, were notified on check in and subsequently told that it was all booked until Sunday afternoon. This was part of the reason for us staying here and normally would just adjust but when I asked a couple questions the person I was dealing with was rude and dismissive. I asked to be refunded for the second night and we would check out. Crickets. No response...

"We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location."

"The AC was set at 67 in the summer which is a bit too cold. We found a stain on the sheet. On the website there is picture of swimming pool but actually the pool has already been replaced by a pickleball court. We did not find the EV charging station in the parking lot but we did not ask the staff to verify either. We made one reservation on expdia.com for two rooms. But on the hotel side they are two bookings just because there are two check-in person which were required by expedia. Therefore...
