Nice stay in a standard hotel. Centrally located. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Peu mieux faire dans le recrutement.

Nous devions arriver tard, et donc, avons trouvé poli de prévenir. La personne au téléphone nous a fait comprendre qu'elle en avait rien à faire. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, tout était réglé sauf la taxe de séjour (normal). La personne de l'accueil à fait semblant de ne pas voir que le petit déjeuner était réglé, et commence par tenter de nous le vendre une 2ème fois, en nous demandant 26 euros. Ensuite, je tentais de découvrir, ce qui se trouvait derrière elle, c'est à dire le bar, les tables, le coin snack, elle m'a demandé de reculer et de rester bien derrière le guichet et de ne pas tenter de regarder ce qu'il y avait sur le côté. Grande paranoïa. Résultat des courses nous n'avons rien consommer, alors que nous n'avions pas diner. En ce qui concerne la chambre, le plafond de la salle de bains de la chambre 210 est à refaire. Le petit déjeuner est sympa, peut-être un peu plus d'étiquettes sur ce qui est proposé, on ne peut pas tout deviner. a l'inverse de la collègue à l'accueil du soir, la dame qui sert le petit déjeuner était bien sympathique, comme la collègue qui était à l'accueil le matin. Du coup notre avis est mitigé, parce que nous n'avons pas pu profiter comme il se devait, dans une vile touristique comme Rochefort, un hotel qui se trouve à coté des thermes, c'est bien dommage.
