The water in the shower wouldn't go down and they gave us a plunge to get the water out; it wasn't even them to do it. The toilet had dry blood on it. The bed sheets weren't clean. It was terrible. The staff tried to help but they said that the house cleaning is only there every other day

Holiday Inn Express Rochester NE- Irondequoit by IHG
Our daughters were in a dance competition and we booked the hotel to stay together and to have use of an indoor pool. All the girls ended with chemical burn type reactions to the chemicals in the pool. Our shower faucet also ran all night and couldn’t fully turn off.

Wyndham Rochester Downtown
It looks like a hotel that was high end way back in the day, but its strughling to hang on. I had to get my own hand soap etc.at the front desk. I booked 2 queen beds but was put in a king room. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Im glad my teenager was ok to share. Only one elevator was working ...
