"The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us. We were greeted at the parking drop off by wonderful staff. Overall, great experience. Will come back!!"

"Have to upgrade on maintenance. Not enough staffs for everyday housekeeping. Every three days housekeeping is not good. Need to check throughly with safe because we have to call two separate days for dying out safe battery. Laundry room needs to upgrade with more big washing machines and dryer. Washing machines are too small. "

"We have stayed here before so know the hotel well although it was 8 years since we stayed there. Everything was perfect with rooms being upgraded since our last trip. Great location just 5 mins walk from the top of Orchard Road and with an MRT station just over the road as well. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Will be staying there again on our next visit"

With views stretching toward lush greenery in the distance, the setting offered a refreshing sense of calm. Ideal for guests seeking a quieter stay away from the crowds, the hotel also provides excellent connectivity—just minutes from Orchard Road, Shenton Way, and the western parts of Singapore. A special mention goes to Adrian and Kumar from the concierge team during my first visit, and Simie and Hidavat on my second. Their warm, attentive service truly elevated the experience. Thank you."
