The staff was great, the property had its own private beach/lagoon to swim and snorkel in. The property might be a little dated but very clean.

Perfect in every way! Peaceful waterfront property with a great beach. Kind staff, clean room with great AC, and a very nice simple breakfast. This property has it all. I'll be back.

The property is exactly what you are looking for if you want a real GEM…. The views are delightful, the rooms are clean and welcoming, the staff are top-notch…& the complimentary freshly delicious baked scones daily are an absolute joy! We certainly will be back!! Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

We stayed at Kona Kai upon arrival in the Keys and as a mid stop on the way from Key West to Miami. It is a respite from the busyness elsewhere.
