"Our room here was modest in size (as expected in downtown Manhattan), but had everything that we needed. The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security was excellent, making sure that only registered guests had access to the elevators which went up to the rooms. The location was right in the theater district, which made it handy for going to Broadway shows."

"This is a really horrible property. TV, AC, and Internet did not function. The front desk is impossible to communicate with and will not assist you. From seeing others' experiences all of these issues must be known to management but they willfully do not disclose them to you upon booking or arrival. "
