"The room smelled awful. It was musty/moldy. You could hear everything! People next door were talking at a normal volume and it was like they were the same room. Couldn’t even closed the drapes and I was in the first floor so people could see it. I didn’t sleep at all."

"Paid extra for a balcony, balcony was soaking wet (probably from the AC), not safe to sit on, slightly wobbly. The light from the outside lights and the lights in the hallways make the room so bright (very poor seal around door and poor curtain coverage) my child wouldn’t sleep. Advertised there is a bathtub (for my child) and there wasn’t, bathroom has been nicely renovated but we chose this place because a bath tub was advertised. "Everything was perfect"

"My only complaint is that the private message sent to me regarding the number to call upon arrival at the airport to arrange for pickup by the shuttle was deleted before check-in (not sure if that was by Expedia or by Comfort Inn). Was a hassle to find out how to contact the hotel after midnight."

"Rooms were good. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Concierge very helpful. Bartenders excellent...especially Barry. We reserved a high room. On floor 9, no view very far from elevator. Tried to get a closer room due to walking difficulties. Said they would try to accomadate.. never did. Disappointed. Good location"

"The staff and facilities at The Dagny are top notch. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. Every staff member we met had customer service top of mind. When they discovered that my wife and I were there for our anniversary they made sure we got a suite with a view. The doorman at our day of departure, went out of his way to tell us where and how to use the train to get to the airport. Thank you Dagny staff!"
