Unfriendly and arrogant staff, particularly at reception and bars (saying thank you or smiling not their style). "A lovely holiday with fantastic staff, but let down by departure day. Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is...
