"I didn’t like the the restaurant closed 10pm. Not sure why people go out to shows and come back with no restaurant open. Room service is ok but expensive. There was a lot of noise at night which it sounded like the drilling from the road was in our room. Didn’t sleep second night. Second time staying her and the same issue. "

"Glad to see the Hotel is under new management. I have been staying here for over 20 years and the place looked great again. Had been on a decline for the past few years. Now there is a wonderful staff. A very convenient location with the express IRT subway around the corner on Broadway. "

"First room they put us in the door would not lock. Called front desk and they said no engineer on duty so we would have to wait. Waited an hour someone came up to look at the door to see it did not lock. So he said he would change rooms. Second room they put us in there was dried blood on the sink. At this time it’s 1am we are tired so I just let it go. Thank god I carry my own cleaning wipes and disinfectant so I cleaned it myself. With no one being available I figured it would be another hour...

"Very happy and pleased with RUI plaza Times Square. Staff was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is included. Excellent food and selections. Their Fashion Bar runs a happy hour daily from 4:00 until 8:00. PM. "

"My stay was just one night, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed. The location is easy to find and close to what I was there to do. Walking the area was easy. "

"Reasonably priced ( total rarity) and worth at least 3 stars for that alone. It's what it is in Manhattan. Tiny room but it provides ALL you'll need. Including a couple cold waters and chips and NO ONE does that. Super clean. Close to EVERYTHING. Staff was ok; stayed out of way. And that's very cool. I've stayed in a half dozen or so hotels in Manhattan in the last year or so and This place is the sole hotelier that didn't monkey with the charges trying to gouge me. Sad but true. Props to...

"When I went to purchase an item from the store located in the lobby, there was no one present at the front desk. I waited for a short period and then left to look for a nearby store. Approximately 40 minutes later, when I returned, the front desk was still unattended. The same two individuals who had been waiting earlier were still there waiting for someone to return to the desk. The curtains in my room were dirty. The phone in the room did not work I had to call front desk with my cellphone...
