"Water did not get hot the first two days of the stay, but someone came and fixed it. Staff was helpful with this. Still didn’t get very hot, but better! Room was clean for the most part. You could tell the floors could use mopped."

Combined with the TV’s volume being capped at 25, it was impossible to hear anything we were trying to watch. We eventually gave up because the constant noise from the AC made it so unpleasant....
