"The check in staff cannot be bothered. They were hanging out chatting while one employee helped a line full of people. When checking in they forgot to put our card in for incidentals as well as parking. This made parking a nightmare our first evening and next morning. They fixed it later after playing phone tag. They had had an attitude about it. The facilities are nice. The rooms are just okay, but any interactions with staff we had were condescending. The place is nice but their people make...
