Having shops, restaurants, and lovely streets to stroll around just minutes away made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free."

"I booked my room with breakfast included. I did not receive my breakfast coupons upon arrival. The next morning, when we went to go have breakfast, we were notified that we needed to have coupons. My mother went to the front desk to request the coupons, but it wasn't on our hotel reservation (in the system) that we had purchased breakfast with our room. The person working at the front desk requested proof via email, which I sent my mom a copy to show them. That wasn't good enough. They said it...

"Location is great and staff were friendly throughout our stay. Disappointed in the quality of pillows and that there were only 4 very flat queen pillows on our king bed. The shower door did not fully close and unfortunately we didn’t notice until the first shower left water all over the bathroom floor. Our room was just average and was showing its age."

"The front desk staff were all very friendly and helped make our stay very pleasurable. The food service area was well laid out. We did not avail ourselves of the laundry or interact with the cleaning or food preparation staff. The courtyard was a very welcome and relaxing haven after a long day. The room was very nicely furnished and adequately supplied with dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. A few extra towel racks or hooks would have been helpful, however.
