"Simple but comfortable."

The first two night I felt cheated the room I was given was small it was one of those adjourning rooms, the vents were extremely dusty, the bathroom mirror had a crusted custard-like stain that would not come off. "Location is the star here. Very close to National mall and restaurants. Area is generally safe Hotel was fine - though for a new hotel there are already signs of wear (wallpaper starting to peel). Also, I know dc is hot and temp is gate to regulate but the room just felt constantly “damp.” I didn’t try the restaurant but no room service. Again, not a bad stay - got the price it was fine"

I went in the evening/after sunset, and I couldn't read the menu as it was a small narrow font and there wasn't much light. "Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses.
