"I was here for a tournament and it was a great experience for the kids. The laundry machines and swimming pool (and breakfast) was perfect for our needs as a traveling soccer parent."

"The bathroom had water on the floor from an unknown source. The seal around the bathtub was broken and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. The thermostat in the room was malfunctioning."

"The front desk employee was so accommodating and helped us with an early check-in after our red-eye flight from the West Coast. That level of customer service is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We always stay here when visiting the area and absolutely love it!"

"The staff were professional but not particularly engaging or willing to go the out of their way. The hotel was spotless but could use some refreshing. What aggravated me was the parking now has a mercenary upcharge. I have stayed at the property multiple times and it has a HUGE outdoor parking lot and now they are charging for it (as of march 2026). No parking attendants, or security, just a big lot outside the hotel that can more than service the patrons. NO reason to charge."

"If you need a real gym to do real gym stuff, it doesn't exist, it is only a single rack of dumbells, a bench without supports, an eliptical machine and a treadmill in a 30 sq foot, low ceiling sweaty room for however many people they can accomodate. Everything else - very nice, and I liked the place. The staff was friendly and everything was spotless, no weird smells or anything that I would complain."

"Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. "We checked in and one of the beds was not clean. We had to request new sheets and pillowcases because there was hair all over the pillow and bed. The other bed was clean. They comped our parking for the inconvience of the dirty bed. I went to check out and it hadn’t been taken off. There was no note left about it but I had the text message to prove it. "There were several issues with this property. First, the closet had a strong musty odor that caused my clothes to absorb the smell. Second, although the pool was advertised as being open, it was not open during the posted operating hours. Finally, there was a general unpleasant odor throughout the hallways. I would not recommend staying there"
