"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."

The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. "

"The morning of the 21st, the desk clerk that was on was rude she was not accommodating. My room key did not work so I was lock out of my room, when I called down to the front desk I got no answer I went down stairs there was no one there. After about fifteen minute wait she finally up. But it is absolutely too much to go into now so what I will do is notify Marriott headquarters."

Our stay was from Thursday to Sunday, but we decided to leave on Saturday and forfeit the last night, which had already been paid, because the hotel conditions were unacceptable. On our second day, Friday morning, when we tried to take a shower, the water was completely BLACK, absolutely disgusting. "This is a recently updated upgraded, renovated hotel in fantastic condition! It is also well located close to a few coffee shop, shops, gas station and even at target. Not close enough that you would hear any noise."
