"My daughter & I had an amazing time in The Hemingway condo. Fabulous host communication, Super clean, very comfortable beds, and such a convenient location for our day trips to St. Pete’s, ZooTampa & Clearwater Beach. Our last day we had an evening flight out, we checked out and still utilized the private beach, pool and tiki bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! -Anna P. "

"The room was clean but not in the greatest of repair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The carpet by the desk was torn. Cracks in the corner above the window.
The staff were great.
The restaurant is WAY overpriced for the quality of food it provides. My cheeseburger bun was stale and hard on one side.
Overall, 4/5 but if you had a chance to oh a little more for a higher rated hotel - definitely go for it!"

"What you would expect from a Hampton Inn, in regards to cleanliness, attentive staff, and a good breakfast to start the day. The pool is relatively small, and seemed bigger on the website, however if you are on the go it shouldn’t be a deal breaker. The gym is basically a small box, and smaller than their standard rooms. There are 2 pieces of equipment and a small area to stretch. The rooms are what you would expect with a Hampton Inn, beds are comfortable and updated, with plenty of outlets...

"The location is great, the room worked well for us, but the service is lacking. No housekeeping service in 5 days. When I requested sheets, I had to go get them. When I requested soap and clean towels, I had to go get them, too. Again, good place but the first place Ive ever stayed that had no service."

"Stayed while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Resort was under construction, repairs. Construction materials everywhere. Stairway/Fire Escape was blocked. Elevator very slow. Unit needed maintenance. Slider didn't slide easily. Furnace filter was very dirty. Looked like the only maintenance was to put a coat of paint over the issues. Sofa bed didn't have appropriate sheets. Mattresses were cheap, landlord specials. Fishing pier was blocked off and ready to fall into the bay. Beach...

"Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update "

"Nice pool and courtyard. Friendly staff. Had to keep reprogramming keys. No hot water at sinks but had it in shower so not sure why. Tubs were painted and scuffed pretty bad so need some attention. I would stay again because overall it was clean and the staff was good. Front lobby and courtyard were nice. "
