"This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot. "Location was perfect, the beach was right across the street and had private access"

"Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."
