"My 1st review was removed and the property telephoned me on my private cell phone to basically "tell me off" - contravening the privacy policy of Expedia. The property itself was fine. The suite was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and very quiet. My only concern was this hotel had no staff and no office. I booked by Expedia under the term "Hotel", and received a message asking me to fill out and sign 3 forms which I did and then provide a $350 refundable deposit which I did as well. I then...

"The facility is dated but served our purpose, our room was clean, staff were nice, dated air-conditioning but it worked fine. It is moderately priced , they were able to respond to our unexpected need to stay additional days in the same room which was great. This is a busy hotel and we were happy to be able to get the room during a peak season at the last minute."

"This property is old but quaint. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom has an old-time sink and there is no flat space for the things you use in the bathroom. We were on the second floor of three but there is no elevator. The breakfast choice was unique and great. You receive a certificate for a local restaurant. Overall we would stay again."

"Good location and nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Beach is walkable and if prepared it is a short walk to a few restaurants. Check in is with a remote kiosk which is interesting but works. Breakfast is very basic."

"Pictures of the property/rooms are a lot nicer vs being there in person. Smoking is allowed on the property, right in front of rooms/on the porch. In the pool area. If you want a breath of fresh sea air- do it on the beach b/c it won’t happen there. I could smell it through my door, that when shut, let light in- not a tight seal. The parking lot is tight!!! Spots aren’t assigned (numbered) per room, so you have to fight for a spot, 1 guest had to park on the street for the night. My bed was...

"Great location but accommodations were poor…floors were dirty, shower leaked and pull out sofa was the worst thing ever (dirty sheet covering mattress). Housekeeping was terrible, left $10 tip but when returned to room, tip was gone but nothing was cleaned…no clean towels or linens and trash was not removed."
