"The hotel is exceptionally charming - small and old but very clean with lots of great benefits. Small bar in lobby with an AMAZING bartender. She was very personable with everyone in there and gave us great advice and recommendations on where to eat and what to see. Very comfortable stay and felt completely safe. "

"Gorgeous Hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room although small was very clean and cute. Trolly stop right at the corner that takes you to Ghirardelli Square. I recommend a room on higher floor for a city view. "
