"I loved everything about this hotel, great bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. I would have given it one more star, but what bothered me was the pressure to attend a timeshare mtg fir 90 minutes."

"This is not what is seen in pictures. The hotel is small, poorly staffed, surrounded by homeless and open air drug users. There is no cleaning service and the towels are like sand paper. Also, the “Jazz Club” is a tiny bar with four stools and no jazz. This was a total let down. I grew up in SF and travel there often and this is terrible."
