"If you are looking for a top-tier experience, Hilton Harbor Club is it. The attention to detail here is unmatched. The property itself is stunning, but what really sets them apart is the services. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive specially the front desk. My room had a breathtaking view and excellent soundproofing. The onsite amenities (like the pool/gym/restaurant/ night entertaining) were pristine. It was worth every penny and made my trip unforgettable."

"The property was amazing, quiet, and relaxing. However, I requested two queen beds instead of one king bed, as I was travelling with a friend and we did not want to share a bed. I also relayed this information to the host ahead of time, but unfortunately, my request was not accommodated, which made part of the stay a little uncomfortable.
Aside from that, the property itself was beautiful and peaceful. I just wish the sleeping arrangement had been handled better or communicated more clearly...

"The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again."
