"The hotel is in a great location, and I imagine that’s why the owners aren’t maintaining it. It’s downright shabby. The staff is sort of angry and unhelpful. The restaurant is gross with bartenders that are unwelcoming and could give a sh**. It’s kind of a sad place in a fabulous town."
