"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

"This hotel is clean, the staff are professional, the rooms are large with high ceilings and modern amenities. There are restaurants close by and a Coop grocery that sells fresh, warm food that are reasonably priced, next to it. That is If you want to save money from dining out. There is a souvenir shop beside it that sells items that are similarly priced, some lower than the Duty free shops in the airport. "Hotel was in a great location with a lake view from our room, we took a room with two large singles which were really comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly with a small charge of 15 euro for our stay plus city tax, disappointing there were no coffee making facilities in the room which would have been a bonus. Overall free parking easy walking distance to the lake and other places, would recommend as a very pretty place to visit."
