"I liked the free shuttle service to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport. The Hotel was very well appointed with many options to sit and enjoy a meal or just lounge around. Breakfast, which was also included in the price, was delicious. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the bed was wonderful.
My husband and I agreed we would come back whenever we returned to Paris."

"The bed is comfortable and the towels are thick and plush.
But rudeness at the check in desk is not a great way to greet guests. Also, the hotel blocks all ability to stream or cast to the TVs. They have zero to one English language channels despite a large portion of their guests being English speakers.
Our bed linens had two large tears in the top corners, which would not be expected of a luxury hotel."

"I did not realize that the shuttle hours did not include the mid afternoon - thus I paid 36 euros for a taxi.
Also I hesitate to say this as I know how devistating it can be but I think I have some bed bug bites that appeared the next day. I would be happy to include picture but I’m pretty sure that’s what they are. My biggest concern is that I went from the hotel the next night to my family’s home. I am hoping I did not bring the bugs with me. We will see"

"The basics weren't provided in the bathroom, soap, shampoo etc. It's an airport hotel, people will toothpaste, please provide it. They room was different than shown in the photos, very small. There was a distinct odor in the blanket, pillows, towel. No hair dryer or iron pot provided. The property has 2-3 different hotels, they staff wasn't courteous when I was trying to take 2 large luggage bags to my room's floor in a wrong building - please provide the instructions beforehand!"

"I had a 17 hour layover in Paris and decided to stay at this property before my next long leg of travel to relax à little. I was pretty disappointed with how rude and robotic was the male worker at the reception, then the room was really hot. No AC and not air circulation, no even a window for air. It was like a box. The owners/ management team didn’t even think to put head lumps or just a lump for softer light at night, didn’t even think to put a clock in the room especially with travelers...
