The room was clean, the workers were nice, but we only seen them once. Their Continental was only cereal and milk, so we went to the Feed lot Diner across the street, which had excellent food at a great price. For the price the motel was good, we would stay there again

We needed a place to stay overnight in Licking. This property had good reviews so we stayed there. Room was clean, the property was maintained, but it is an older property. The breakfast was just cereal so we went across the street to a restaurant there in Licking.

The front door didn’t seal when closed. You could see gaps almost all the way around the door. The lock on the door was falling off. The toilet didn’t flush even if you just peed you had to plung it every time. The water in the shower was barely Luke warm. Bed was sooooo squeaky and loud!

Obviously this isn’t going to be a ritz carlton. It was a good value for a quick visit to the nearby trout fishing at Montauk state park. Room was clean, beds were ok. Of course it’s dated a bit, and breakfast is limited, but that all comes with the affordability.

The bathroom, behind the door, had mold or dirt or both. Wouldn’t take a shower there. It’s the only hotel in town. Might try Houston or Rolla. Room wasn’t as dirty as I thought it would be.

No internet. TV didn't work. Breakfast to-go container COVERED with bugs in the morning. A/C was so loud and clunky all night long. Literally one other person staying there the night I was there. With the entire place empty, the clerk puts these kids in the room directly next to mine. Yelling, music, slamming doors all night. I travel a lot for work, and when I am by myself all I need is a clean, quiet room. Nothing fancy needed. This place is absolutely horrible. If dealing with Expedia hasn't proven to be a nightmare, I would demand a full refund.
