"Great experience"

"The apartment was fine and newly remodeled. Very modern. The shower is tiny. The bed is very firm and the windows allow noise to pass through. The street light shines directy into the window all night and there is a pub across the street. Needless to say it was very noisy and sleep was impossible."

"Camere abbastanza vecchie, ma pulite. C'è tutto quello che serve e la posizione è ottima."

"Our room looked nothing like ANY of the pictures. The second we walked into our room all you could smell was mold. Simply walking around for 5-10 mins your feet or socks turn black. A floor is softer than the beds in that place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"Perfect location in Rome ! Clean,Spacious, and Private. Walking distance to everything! Elisa at the front desk was super helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations that were amazing ! Definitely look forward to coming back !"

"Very very basic set up. The set up, check in, access and communication was more in line with making it convenient for JOIVY operation and staff. Very basic furnishings in apartment. No extras in kitchen for cooking, no kitchen towels, 1 coffee pod, 3 tea bags, nothing to make a two night stay convenient and enjoyable. "ホテルのマダム、お兄さんはとても親切で、メッセージで質問すると、すぐに答えてくれます。オススメ頂いたお店はどこも美味しかったです。 立地もよく、観光に便利でした。 お部屋は清潔で、一階と二階に分かれ、家族４人快適に過ごせました。 ローマに来る機会があれば、また泊まります！"

"The property was just as described. Great location and walking distance to all the sites we wanted to visit. Lots of good local restaurants near the property. Would like to see complimentary toiletries and steamer or clothing iron for each room. Would DEFINITELY stay again and would recommend for family and friends."
