The check-in staff was courteous and friendly. Very satsfied with cleanliness and amenities of the room. Restaurant and bar area a disappoinment- servers overwhelmed, not enough staff for dinner hour. Food good in bar area but slow getting out.

This is an amazing hotel. Room was clean and bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Breakfast had plenty of different foods to choose from. The staff was very professional and service excellent!!

Ruby Giulia Hotel Rome
Breakfast was great, right in the city centre, close to a lot of tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, the room was very nice.
