Town House di Roma

"It was a beautiful property and very convenient location to see the Vatican City. Hosts were very welcoming and even arranged taxi for the airport"

"Clean room, shops nearby, helpful staff"

"wasn’t what we expected. No reception. Hard to get in contact with owner. nobody on site to speak to. Asked for an extra pillow over text for pregnant wife and no response. Very small room. cold shower. tv didn’t work. Requested late check out again for late wife and couldn’t accommodate or even let us stay slightly longer. Just felt really unwelcome which is unfortunate. Visited rome last year and loved it but this time accommodation really wasn’t great. won’t book here again."

"Localização ótima, quem nos recebeu e atendeu todos os dias foi o funcionário Alex. Fala bem português, muito querido e hospitaleiro. Quem tive muita dificuldade em conversar e sem retorno foi o próprio proprietário do imóvel, o qual aluguei e falei com ele por aqui, muita demora em responder e sem resposta pelo whstapp, bem difícil a comunicação. "Looks just like the pictures, very secure and safe and I loved my stay here as a solo traveler"

"Great location!"

"Dekat dengan Termini station. Bisa berjalan kaki ke Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. Tapi hotel terletak di dalam gedung apartemen yg tua. Lift berjalan oke, tp tua sekali. Kamar bersih, dapat free breakfast kopi & croissant tiap pagi."

"The building is very old and the entrance is not kept up. Looks dirty when you walk in. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to climb to get to the rooms. Our room was so dirty I didn’t want to stay. There was a chair that so filthy, I didn’t want to sit on it. The bathroom had mold in the shower and it smelt like urine. There were flying gnats in the bathroom. This is the worse room I have ever booked off of Expedia. The only positive was it’s close to the beautiful Navona square and the staff...

"Excellent location near Vatican and Metro line. Quite small overall with tight fit toilet and shower. No ice machine, no hair dryer in room, hidden window. Basics livable but definitely nothing special beyond location, which is."

"I loved the bed and the bathroom was very updated. Staff helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants and Gelatarias in the area"
