Слабая троечка

Апартаменты расположены близко к центру, добираться легко. В комнате сыро, пол цементный, покрашен краской, поэтому в номере некомфортно. Окна выходили на улицу, где расположен бар и кафе, всю ночь очень шумно. В нашем номере было две кровати, одна над другой. За счет этого номер казался более тесным. В ванной нет полочки, мыло приходится ставить на пол. Хозяйки на момент заселения не было,в апартаменты попали случайно. Жаль, что нет телефона отеля на сайте. Всё остальное: возможность приготовить простую еду на кухне, завтрак, всё хорошо.

Hostel urządzony bardzo klimatycznie. Duży plus za mój ulubiony materac (hovag z ikea) i okienko do łazienki które dodawało romantycznego nastroju. Kuchnia funkcjonalna i zadbana. Pomimo słabej pogody, moje serce skradło patio i ogródek! Jedyne minusy to mało ciekawa dzielnica (nie czułam się tam bezpiecznie)- przynajmniej było blisko ulicy z pełnej barów i restauracji, oraz (czego można było się spodziewać) biedne i przesłodzone śniadanie składające się z tostów z dżemem.

The hotel is quite a bit of travel to city via train, I booked 4 nights after first day of travel I ask hotel owner if it would be possible to check out after day 2 so I could get room closet to city, I am disabled and way too much walking and catching 2 different trains to get near city ..she informed me that I would have to pay for the 2 nights if I checked out ,,my advice is if you have any issues with walking at all get room in city ,,, also the breakfast consist of toast, cereal and muffins same thing each day ,we had to call hotel owner on day 3 to get clean towels,my advice is to pay online because she only accepts cash at hotel...and there is no grills at hotel as the description says...on a good note beds are very comfortable ...

Cosy hotel with warm staff

We stayed at About B&B for 3 nights. Enrica was lovely and accommodating and incredibly helpful - offering many suggestions about the things to do in the area and helping us book taxis during the 10 November public transport strike. The place was overall very clean, cosy and comfortable, and the staff's hospitality made the hotel a joy to stay in. The only possible gripe is that it's a fair distance from the city centre (about 20 minutes by tram). This hotel is a great option for young travellers and couples looking for somewhere comfortable and no frills at a reasonable price.

Ein sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, von aussen nicht als B&B zu erkennen. Mini Küche, wo man sich Frühstück zurecht machen kann....aber nicht möchte. Ein ganz kleiner Frühstücksraum mit 2 Tischen und je 2 Stühlen. Fernseher defekt und Handtücher mit Rostflecken, überall im Bad blättert die Farbe ab. Innenhof war früher sicher sehr schön gestaltet, jetzt weniger einladend. Alles in allem: wir wurden noch nie SO von B&B enttäuscht.

Enjoyable, affordable stay in Rome

I would say this B&B is a great value trip to Rome if you were to stay for 4 nights or more. Easily accessible on the tram at around £1 a trip from Termini(although, never checked our tickets for whole time we were there) . The owner was helpful from the start, easy directions when you first arrive. You get given a map of how to get around with recommendations of local bars/restaurants, invaluable information. The room was a good size, nice shower and the use of the communal kitchen was handy. The breakfast was selfservice, there was always plenty of pastries, bread, jam etc to set you up for the day. If you like your holiday stays 'less touristy' and 'more local' then stay here.

Thank u for amazing holiday in Rome! Really nice familiar hotel! :) Good location just maybe 15mins from the city center. Clean room, good service and everything! We felt there like at home! :) I want to visit Rome next year and I think that I will choose this hotel once again:)

Ok, ma decentrato.

Il b&b è piccolino ma carino; la stanza un po' stretta (nella mia stanza il letto era a castello per cui c'era poco spazio per muoversi); la ragazza che lo gestisce, enrica, è stata molto gentile e disponibile; la pecca maggiore è la zona, perchè si trova al pigneto, lontano quindi dal centro (anche se il pigneto, che non conoscevo, è rivelato carino) e non è servito dalla metro (c'è una fermata lì vicino che però non porta a termini) bensì dallo scomodo tram. In conclusione: carino ma poco comodo per chi vuole stare in centro.

Etwas abseits

Das B&B liegt ca. 30-40 Min. vom Zentrum weg, leider direkt nur vom Termini erreichbar, dh. von allen anderen Ecken muss man erst Metro Ri Termini nehmen und dann Bus oder Tram nehmen. Zu den Stoßzeiten ist Tram ok, Bus eine Katastrophe.

Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Enrica ist eine sehr nette und herzliche Gastgeberin. Leider war im Bad sehr viel schwarzer Schimmel und nicht nur das Bad, sondern auch das Zimmer roch nach Schimmel. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft in Ordnung.

Leuke ontvangst, enrica is erg aardig en legde direct een leuke looproute uit. wee konden zelf een ontbijtje pakken in de keuken alles prima geregeld. De kamer is prima. Kleine puntjes is de schimmel in de badkamer, ze kunnen het beter betegelen. al met al een tevreden bezoek gehad.

Nettes Appartement etwas außerhalb

Dank der Wegbeschreibung, die wir vorab per Mail bekommen haben, konnten wir das Hotel schnell finden. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Küchenzeile steht zur Benutzung für alle Bewohner der insgesamt vier Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist inklusive aber man kann sich auch mal zum späteren Zeitpunkt einen Toast machen. Allerdings gibt es nur süße Sachen zum Frühstück. Wer lieber eine Scheibe Wurst oder Käse essen möchte, muss diese selbst einkaufen. Aber das ist sicherlich kein Problem. Zwei kleine Esstische sind im Wintergarten vorhanden und im Innenhof kann man ebenfalls noch sitzen. Ebenfalls im Wintergarten ist ein kleiner Schreibtisch mit Laptop vorhanden, der ebenfalls kostenlos genutzt werden kann. WLAN steht natürlich auch zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, modern eingerichtet. Allerdings hatten wir das Zimmer, in dem insgesamt zwei Betten vorhanden waren. Das obere Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu dicht an dem unteren Bett angebracht. Das war etwas komisch und man hatte immer Angst das man mit dem Kopf dagegen knallt. Durch die blanken Ziegelwände und die dunkelgraue Farbe an den Wänden wirkt das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Rund um das Hotel sind ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Direkt an der Straßenbahnstation und auch in der Umgebung gibt es paar Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von der Station Termini bis zur entsprechenden Station in Hotelnähe braucht man mit Straßenbahn ca. 20 Minuten. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel.

Super Unterkunft für einen Städtetripp

Das B&B in Rome ist eine super Unterkunft für eine Städtereise! Wir waren 4 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bereits vor Reiseantritt kontaktierte uns die Besitzerin per E-Mail und gab uns eine sehr ausführliche und hilfreiche Wegbeschreibung zum B&B, da dieses etwas außerhalb von Termini und den Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten in Rom liegt. MIt der Tram ist es aber in ca. 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Hier sollte man allerdings wissen, dass die Tram nicht die ganze Nach durch fährt und ein offizielles Taxi ca. 16 € ab Termini kostet. Für Partygäste also vielleicht nicht die richtige Unterkunft. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht gut englisch. Ihre Restauranttipps waren super. Nirgendwo in der Stadt haben wir so gut und günstig gegessen wie in dem Viertel rund ums B&B, wo überwiegend Italiener essen gehen. Das Frühstück wird nicht als Buffet serviert. Stattdessen kann man sich jederzeit selbst bedienen. Es gibt Toast, Croissants, Kuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Müsli, Kaffee und Milch. Keine große Auswahl, mehr kann man bei dem Preis aber auch nicht erwarten (wir haben ca. 30 € pro Person und Nacht bezahlt). Dafür kann man aber noch selbst etwas zum Frühstück mitbringen (der nächstgelegene Supermarkt hat sogar Schwarzbrot und natürlich auch Wurst und Käse) und die Sachen im Kühlschrank im Zimmer aufbewahren. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber praktisch ausgestattet, Handtücher wurden jeden zweiten Tag, auf Wunsch auch öfter gewechselt.
