La struttura è molto silenziosa,vicina alla stazione Termini ( 20 minuti a piedi o 10 con i mezzi. Ottima la colazione servita in camera

Un concentrato di vera professionalità e cortesia sia da parte della proprietaria che della signora Viola che ci ha accolte e ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta, dalla colazione in camera personalizzata al deposito bagagli gratuito. Cambio asciugamani e sistemazione della camera quotidiani. A poco più di un chilometro di distanza dalla stazione termini ma ben collegato anche con altre zone della città vista la presenza di diversi bus e tram nella piazza, di fronte alla guest house. In zona sono presenti molti locali per pranzo e cena. Assolutamente consigliato.

We really loved the property, great amenities, near many sites. We liked everything except for too many stairs and on top floor very narrow and steep stairs, hard to take luggage to the room.

Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes tolles guesthaus. Das frühstück nimmt man im zimmer ein und wählt vorher nach wunsch die bestellung sus. Schade war nur, dass wir gerade deshalb keinen balkon hatten😌 alle anderen gäste konnten auf dem schnusigen kleinen balkon frühstücken

This is a 6 room business with cozy settings in an old building right across the Porta Maggiore. I lucked out and had room 5 which I believe is largest. Not much of a view but clean and comfortable and modern washroom with great shower. Service was great and continental breakfast was included. They all spoke good English and were very accommodating.

The room itself was nice. Breakfast was very basic. Pretty convenient for public transport (which is absolutely packed). Wifi only intermittently worked. Main complaint is it was in the mid 80s everyday and the air conditioning was never turned on despite advertising as having air conditioning and requesting it on our first day. We had the windows open to try to help with the heat and it was SO loud! There were people screaming outside the window late into the night (sounded like parties somewhere around the courtyard outside the building) and cars beeping all night making it difficult to get any sleep. Could have closed the windows and the noise wouldn’t have been a problem if air conditioning was available. Would not stay here again.

Convenient Stay
We stayed at Adelina Guesthouse for two nights. The area is very convenient for buses and trams and about a ten minute bus ride to Termini. We had a twin room with two windows on either side of the room so there was plenty of light. The beds were very comfortable. After walking through a passage way you enter the back of the building and through another door into the property. A very small lift takes you up to the second floor which is the reception. Breakfast is delivered to your room at the time you wish and it is a small continental breakfast. Maria organised a transfer for us from the airport to the hotel and the driver was waiting for us at the arrivals hall. Very convenient after a long flight. There is a Bar and a Restaurant a little distance away. Also a small mini mart around the corner.

✅Hyggelig personale ✅Tips om Roma fra perosnal ✅Rommet, sengen er ganske grei. ✅ Lite bord til frokost som serveres på rommet. ✅Baderommet har stor dusj, wc og bide. ✅Enkel frokost inkludert 🟨AC avskrudd, varmt på rommet men kan luftes med vindu i mars uten noen problem ❌ Såpedispenser fungerte ikke ❌ Kjøleskap fungerte ikke ❌ Frokost forsinket med minst 25minutte på dagen vi skulle sjekke ut så vi måtte bare komme oss avgårde til flyplassen, fikk med oss et par croissanter iallfall. ❌Ekko fra lobby

Mostly great
Very good stay overall, the room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very limited though, yet what was offered was satisfying, I would recommend taking toiletries with you as we had one small shower gel each for the stay and the hand soap was empty. It's a bit of a walk to the metro and any of the attractions but overall a very pleasant stay!

I'm really sorry you haven't appreciated a free late checkin, a free late checkout and all our efforts to find the way to go to an hairstyler you've choosen in the city center avoiding public transportation in a taxi strike day. Actually we think to have done too much for one night stay!

A estadia foi maravilhosa, não poderíamos estar em melhor lugar! Cama super confortável, atendimento excelente (sempre disposto a ajudar), bom café, limpeza impecável, quarto moderno e tecnológico, boa localização (em frente passa TRAM e Ônibus). Wir waren über Silvester da und als wir angekommen sind haben wir erst mal eine Flasche Sekt und Kuchen bekommen .Wenn man fragen hatte wurden sie steht’s beantwortet ,das Personal wa steht’s freundlich und sauber wa das Zimmer auch . Ich kann nur jedem dieses Guesthouse empfehlen ,immer wieder gerne .

Superb Stay...
On our last weekend in Rome we checked at the Adelina Suites. Not being used to airbnb we were a bit reluctant. From the time we got our first telephone call from our host Maria on Friday to our checkout early Monday, everything went really well. We will definitely recommend to friends.

one away from home
It is the second time that we stay at Adelina Guesthouse and it will continue being our home away from home whenever we visit Rome. Maria makes every effort to make us feel at home. Very clean, very private, very comfortable. Great location with public transportation easily accesible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!

Amazing guest house
Had the most amazing break away only made better by our stay at the Adelina Maria and her staff couldn't do enough for us with tips on where to go and booking our taxi for a very early flight the guest house was spotlessly clean and breakfast fresh and served to your door a time to suit cant wait for a return trip soon x

Twin bed wasnt appropriate for a hotel (camp bed). Only one roll of toilet paper for 3 persons. Room small and not pratical for travellers. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and well decorated. We have been charged more than we got on our bill (children age in cause) but we didn't saw that on our bill.

Thank you for your review Jimmy. I just need to point out few details about it. We don't have any camp bed in the whole guesthouse. The room you've booked is a triple room with a king size bed (200*180 cm) and a twin bed (80*190cm), as written everywhere. I think one toilet paper roll is enough for three people, for one day. Anyway, you asked for one more just few hours later your check in and I provided to give you a new one. You had problem with the bill because you've booked the room for two people and one year old child. When you arrived I meet your son who is 12 years old. As you can read in our rules children has to pay from 4 years old, so actually you were three adults, that's why I asked you the difference between 2 and 3 people starting from the check in. The room is the biggest one we have and I've seen you had enough space for all your luggages as everyone the room has hosted before you. At the end you've broken an abat jour on the bedside table and you didn't want to pay for it because it was difficult for you (???) and I don't want to write about the conditions you left the room. Fortunately guests like you usually don't choose my guesthouse.

Great stay here. Maria was very helpful, giving us ideas of places to visit/restaurants on arrival. In a nice area not to far from the colosseum-15 minute walk. Also only a 5/10 minute walk to Marzoni metro station, you can also get the tram from outside the building. Lovely breakfast and nice clean, tastefully decorated rooms. Very secure and the rooms with a balcony are especially nice! The drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Maria was able to answer any questions via messages and also helped book our return taxi. Thanks!

Check-in is on 2nd floor. One needs a key card for the elevator which you dont have till you check in, so you have to walk up with luggage

Actually that's not true. When you arrive in front of the door you should ring the bell (as you do when you go in someone else's house) and we come downstairs to give you the key. Or you can put the luggage into the elevator, walk upstairs (without them) and call the elevator from the second floor. So really you don't need to walk up with luggage. Thank you

Edullinen ja siisti majoituskohde
Majoituskohteen sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa on hyvä, kävellen 20 minuuttia. Palvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä ja täysin remontoidut huoneet olivat siistejä. Kuudesta huoneesta viisi sijaitsee kadun puolella, jossa kulkee mm. ratikka-linja. Liikenne rauhoittui yöksi, mutta huonolle nukkujalle liikenteen äänet voivat olla häiritseviä.

The owner Maria was very welcoming and helpful. She pointed out several local places to eat. You can tell that this is a well run establishment by the attention to detail.
