Great location right by Roma Termini. The staff (Alouddin) were great, very responsive to messages. The room was clean and a decent size for 2 (twin beds). Highly recommended.

Close to train station (less than a 10 minute walk) and close to the Colosseo (15-20 minute walk). Staff was friendly and accommodating- after check out we could leave our luggage while we were out all day and collect it before going back to the train. Water kettle in the room. Breakfast included meat and cheese and boiled eggs! Room was like a college dorm room - sufficient. A/C was rattling - otherwise no issues.

距離Termini 車站很近，由車站步行往酒店約五分鐘路程，很方便。尤其是當你退著大型行李時，不到五分鐘的路程便能到達酒店。房間似乎是新裝修，很乾淨整潔。

el trato fue muy agradable, la habitación era sencilla pero agradable, el único problema que encontré es que no estaba bien detallada la ubicación, porque decía el numero de la calle y el piso, pero cuando se entraba en el portal había 4 escaleras y no se especificaba en cual era y nos costo un rato encontrarlo

Great location for main terminal which meant getting around the city was easy. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good basic accommodation which worked great for us.

Overall the stay was good and fairly clean. It was what was needed for one night. The floors were peeling and coming apart and didn’t look very clean. The rest of the space was clean. Good a/c unit. Easy check-in process.

Quick last minute stay
Just needed an inexpensive place to stay near the train station. I booked the twin room.Room was good size although the bathroom was quite small. The sink was very, very small and the faucet was on the side making it hard to wash and not get water on the floor. The shower head was old and not removable.They wouldn't change our towels. You get your own keys to come and go when you want. There's no fridge in room.

Close to train statio
Bare bones facility. Needed three keys to get into hotel and rooms. The lock was tricky and if you had to exit in a hurry I think that it would pose a safety risk.

저는 한국사람입니다 여기 숙소는 한마디로 최악입니다 청결도 최악입니다 침구는 냄새가 나고 현재 2018년 3월 24일인데 추워서 잠을 못 잘 정도 입니다 프런트에 항의하니 밤 11시부터 오전 5시까지는 히터가 작동을 멈춘다고 합니다 어이가 없습니다 사람이 낮에 자나요? 성인남자2명이 추워서 잠을 못 잘 정도입니다 그리고 샤워시설도 정말 최악중에 최악입니다 배수시설은 꽉 막혀있고 샤워기도 고정되있고 물줄기가 3가닥나옵니다 교도소보다 못 합니다 평점 1점도 주기싫습니다 프런트직원은 불친절하고 영어도 못합니다 특히나 여성분들은 아예 이용이 불가 할 정도 입니다 단 돈 1만원도 아까운 숙소입니다 로마를 이용하는 관광객이 많습니다 모든 숙소가 이 정도 퀄리티의 숙소라면 로마를 오지않을 것 입니다

Céntrico, buen precio.
Administrador muy atento, pero hablaba muy rápido jajajaja, las instalaciones muy bien. No había rótulo, nos costó encontrarlo, los espacios eran reducidos el baño, el comedor también era estrecho.

The B&B is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the Termini Station and at a walking distance from the tourist attractions. We stayed for just one night, before flight back home and it was perfect for our purpose. Our room was modern, clean and quiet. The breakfast has fresh croissants, ham and cheese, and good LAvazza coffee. The host was very nice and helpful. We will come back!

Convenient location
I chose this hotel based on location close to Roma Termini. Upon check in, they had my reservation name, but put us in a double. They also said I had to pay for the room in which I had prepaid on Orbitz for a triple. I showed my email confirmation and that I had paid already. After a phone call and wait, we were given the room. Pretty unhappy that Orbitz stated that the hotel had a triple, one double bed and one twin bed. Hence I paid for an advertised triple but only got a double. Shame on Orbitz and I am sure Orbitz is keeping the difference in price since we only got a double. The room and bathroom were clean. Surprised to not find a bidet in the bathroom. and the bathroom had a clear window in the shower in which I could be viewed by anyone. The hotel was loud in the late evening (12am - 4am), not a great place to get sleep. I would not stay here again.

Great staff and location
BB is located really near metro and is acceasible by a 5mn walk. Olga and her staff were extremely nice and seemed to cater to all the guests. BB was a great value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again!

We spent in the B&B Oasis 4 nights. Signora Olga - an owner - she is very nice person. In the room we had tea, cofee and milk, some sweets, water. Also there was a fridge. The room was big enough for 2 person. Our romm was on 4 floor, but in the house was a lift, so we didn't have to climb on the floor.

sehr gemütliches, persönliches, kleines Hotel
Tolle Zeit in einer der schöhnsten Städte der Welt.Eine Woche dort reicht nicht, um alles sehen zu können, aber es lohnt sich auch ein Tag ohne Reiseführer die Stadt zu erkunden, mit Sicherheit wird man da wunderschöne Überraschungen entdecken zB: die Straßenkreuzung mit 4 Brunnen. Das Vergangene und das Moderne lebt dort in einer guten Kombination , dabei sympathische Menschen , die sehr lebensbejahend und voller Freude sind. Und das wirkt besonders ansteckend.

Buen servicio, el hotel se encuentra a una cuadra y media de la estacion de trenes y puedes ir perfectamente caminando como a 15 minutos al coliseo y al foro romano, del vaticano esta a no mas de 15 minutos en metro. por fuera es un poco dificil de ubicar ya que es un edificio comun y aunque cuando ingresas al patio pareciera ser mas como una vecindad, el piso correspondiente al B&b esta muy lindo, la habitacion muy comoda y limpia y la dueña del mismo muy accesibe.

올가할머니 너무 좋아요 ♡ 수건은 3일에 한번. 그리고 샴푸는 조금. 다른일정들을 한인민박하실꺼면 샴푸는 필수! 왜냐면 민박은 어짜피 샴푸 수건 제공하지않아서요.. 그래서 우린 그냥저냥 편하게 썼어요. 취사는 금지됩니다.

Small b &b in what seemed to be a flat.
Good position near the Termini station in a fairly mixed area. Small room and unacceptably small bathroom. Rather ordinary breakfast which was reasonable value at €5. This establishment does not really have a lot to recommend it although the owner was pleasant enough

Основной аргумент при выборе отеля было его расположение: недалеко от центра и рядом с вокзалом Термини. Номер оказался просторным, с собственной ванной комнатой ( душевая кабина). Состояние номера хорошее, есть все необходимое: мебельный сейф, чайни, телевизор... Матрас на кровати удобный как раз то, что нужно для хорошего отдыха после насыщенного дня. Вход во двор закрывается на ключ( каждому клиенту дают ключи от ворот, лифта и входной двери. Это мини отель с приветливым персоналом. Окна выходят во двор. Ночью тихо. Недалеко от площади Республики, совсем рядом с великолепной Санта Мария Маджоре. Мы собирались воспользоваться камерой хранения на вокзале, но нас убедили оставить вещи на ресепшен выдали ключи от ворот и лифта. Наше прибывание в отеле было хорошим. Будем рекомендовать друзьям. Наш номер был просторным, есть номера меньшего размера...

わたしは、ここは無理。一泊で後は、キャンセルしました。雨で寒い日に、お湯が止まり水のシャワーを浴びたり、空調がなく、凄く寒かった。 シャワールームと洗面が見た事が無い程狭く、排水もスムーズではなく、使いづらく、がっかり。あたりの環境も良くないし、リフトも含め四つの鍵をあづかったが、うまく使えなかった。オーナーは、待たせるのは平気みたい。列車の時間がせまっているのに、ずいぶん待たせるので、イライラした。口コミ評価が高いのは信じられない。食事なしで、95ユーロは、他のホテルに比べたら、たかすぎ。

Good for backbagger only.
Good location to central station. It is in the 3-5 floor of the ancient building. If you use backbag is ok. We took 2 luggages is maximize and took 6-8 step stairs for the lift. Room is so small not allow to open only 1 luggage.
